A leading education company is looking for a Subject Advisor in Business, Enterprise, and Marketing. About the Role
The Subject Advisor plays a key role in supporting schools, colleges, and educators with Pearson's suite of qualifications in the UK and internationally.
As the face of Pearson qualifications, you'll often be the first point of contact for schools and educators. You'll be responsible for understanding their needs, offering expert guidance, and ensuring their voices are heard internally - helping us to continually improve and respond to their evolving requirements.
You'll be part of a friendly, experienced, and supportive team of Subject Advisors within Pearson's Enterprise Skills and Learning division - recognized as the team of subject-specific experts for each discipline.
You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across Product, Assessment, Sales, and Marketing, acting as a key link between schools, educators, and Pearson, ensuring our guidance, products, services, and support align with their needs.
A significant part of your role involves delivering high-caliber support across a range of channels - predominantly through our email platform, but also via phone, social media, online meetings, and our website - all while developing strong relationships with schools, educators, and stakeholders.

Job Location and Hours
This role is aligned to our London office at: Pearson UK, 80 Strand, London, WC2R 0RL
We work a 37.5-hour week, with all our team free to flex their day around our core hours, which are Monday to Friday, 10 to 4 GMT/BST. School runs, etc can be accommodated. Other flexible working patterns can be considered, including part-time working and non-traditional hours. As we regularly work with global teams, particularly in India and the US, there may be the occasional need to accommodate meetings outside of core hours.
For this role there is a requirement to provide occasional out-of-hours support during business-critical periods.
