Technip Energies is looking to recruit a Subcontracts Assistant to join the Net Zero Teesside Power project team on the world’s first commercial scale gas-fired power station with carbon capture.

The successful candidate will be based at the NZT site once established, but will work from our temporary offices in Middlesbrough until the site office is opened.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Subcontracts department with all administrative tasks.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Subcontracts Manager and Lead Subcontract Administrators, including miscellaneous tasks.
  • Follow up with subcontractors on letters: tracking, drafting, expediting, etc.
  • Participate in correspondence related to subcontracts.
  • Plan and organize subcontracting meetings, including issuing Minutes of Meetings.
  • Assist in overall reporting to management.
  • Follow up on monthly reports and forecasts from all subcontractors.
  • Track and expedite supporting documents for invoicing and process internal payment approval sheets.
  • Monitor progress for invoicing by subcontractors (timesheets, etc.).
Experience and Skills
  • Experience in administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Document Control Centre functions.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Open-minded and agile.
  • Fluency in professional English.
