Correct Contract Services Ltd is seeking a Procurement/Supply Chain professional to source, onboard and manage a compliant subcontractor network for CCS operations in the UK. You will ensure performance, governance and risk management across suppliers.

Role requires strong relationship skills, audit readiness, and commercial acumen to control costs while maintaining compliance with regulations such as GDPR and health & safety standards. CCS offers development and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills.
• Highly organised with a proven ability to follow processes and maintain audit readiness.
• Good commercial judgement to manage costs and identify early risks.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Understanding of Compliance, Health & Safety regulations and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Source, develop and maintain a compliant subcontractor supply chain aligned to CCS requirements.
• Serve as the main contact for subcontractor engagement, capacity, performance, clarification and escalation.
• Ensure new subcontractors are assessed, onboarded, and maintain required documentation and accreditations.
• Maintain governance of the supply chain with renewals, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee subcontractor relationships using review, scorecard and improvement processes.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Governance and Operational teams to address performance issues and improvements.
• Ensure engagements remain compliant with legislative and contractual requirements.
• Build strong relationships across the subcontractor network and promote shared standards.
• Contribute to development of supply chain strategy, policies and governance frameworks.
• Provide timely subcontractor data, reporting and assurance for compliance and operations.
• Provide risk-based oversight of subcontractor activity and site engagement when needed.
