What you'll be doing
This role requires a dynamic individual who can initially support one of our major projects through establishment of and ongoing support of ongoing procurement activity.
The position will report into the Procurement Manager and will be accountable for developing supply chain intel reports and facilitate best practice procurement activities including:
The role has a requirement to build upon existing supply chain capacity and expertise, develop relationships with new suppliers where appropriate and embed collaborative working with the project teams, as well as the supply chain.
The individual will also support Programme Specific initiatives and facilitate working groups bringing our internal technical teams, central strategic procurement teams, and supply chain together.
This role will require occasional offsite travel.
