Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Subcon Admin on a site-based role in the UK. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors and internal stakeholders, handling emails and calls, and raising purchase orders and permits for shopping centres.

You will liaise with clients, meet SLA targets, provide timely updates, and input data into our system. The position is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, offering a solid benefits package and on-site parking.

• Ensuring all call outs have correct information (PO, reason code, contact details).

Job Description

Raising permits for shopping centres.

Liaising with the client to ensure all scheduled visits take place as planned.

Ensuring all call outs logged have correct information within C4W – ie purchase order, reason code, loaded against correct call type, contact name & number, full descriptions of works required.
