Job summary

Siemens Energy in Manchester is seeking a Regional Head of Property Management to oversee multiple Property Managers and portfolios across the region. You will align strategies with company goals and drive performance in RE operations.

The role requires 5–8 years CRE management, strong leadership, and a mix of strategic and hands-on capabilities in a multinational environment. This hybrid role supports sustainability and cost optimization across properties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Corporate Real Estate or Facility Management.
  • Five to eight years in CRE Management, property or facility management.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with real estate technology solutions.
  • Strong leadership with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, develop schedules, and determine resource requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project status, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles to project completion.
  • Ensure effective operational performance of properties and RE operations aligned with company objectives.
  • Define and implement local maintenance strategies based on asset value protection.
  • Manage and control maintenance measures and costs.
  • Define and monitor repair, maintenance, and modernization measures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and RE policies.
  • Identify potential risks affecting properties and operations, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Support RE projects for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Support Improvement and Innovation.
  • Implement sustainability practices within the real estate portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Acceleration team to develop and utilize property management software.
  • Manage subcontractors for FM, FS, and security services, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
  • Local Stakeholder Management.
  • Align local needs with SE business goals and RE standards.
  • Provide data for financial reporting and ensure data quality.
  • Manage and control the budget for the regional area, implementing cost efficiencies.
