The role
As a Sub-contracts Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. At Babcock, much of what we do for our customers involves an element of supply chain management; our suppliers play a critical role in enabling us to fulfil our commitments and live up to our purpose, to ‘Create a safe and secure world, together’.
Day-to-day, you’ll be accountable for the delivery of robust, effective and innovative sub-contract agreements in support delivering excellent outcomes for our military and emergency services customer base, whilst identifying and mitigating commercial risk to Babcock. You’ll also:

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and can be delivered from any Defence Support Group (DSG) site alongside home working arrangements. Regular travel across sites is required as part of the role.
