Pertemps Bond is seeking a Sub-Assembly Operative for our Wallingford site in Oxfordshire. The role involves assembling sub-components, supporting testing and inspection, and maintaining high workmanship standards in a busy production environment.

You will use basic hand tools, read simple drawings, and follow work instructions to meet deadlines with a collaborative team. The ideal candidate has a practical, hands-on approach, good attention to detail, and reliable, self-motivated work ethic.

Qualifications

• Assemble sub-components in line with production schedules and work instructions.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and accuracy.
• Read and follow basic drawing/work instructions where applicable.
• Assist with testing and inspection activities.
• Keep workstations and tools clean, organized and safe.
