Responsibilities

  • Assemble, service, and maintain hydraulic/damper sub-assemblies to high standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate build records ensuring traceability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for timely delivery of components.
  • Maintain workshop tooling, rigs, and workspace organization.
  • Service pit equipment ensuring reliability during tests and races.

You will play a crucial role in the assembly, servicing, and maintenance of high-performance sub-assemblies. Your meticulous approach will directly contribute to the performance, reliability, and safety of the car — ensuring components are delivered to exacting standards.

Working closely with the Race Team and Engineering departments, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate build documentation, supporting rigorous development and testing programmes, and championing continuous improvement in component performance and reliability.

  • Assemble, service, and maintain hydraulic/damper sub-assemblies to the highest quality standards
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate build records, ensuring full traceability and compliance with technical documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the timely delivery of components for car build and race operations
  • Maintain workshop tooling, rigs, and general workspace organisation to promote efficiency and cleanliness
  • Service and maintain pit equipment, ensuring reliability across all test and race environments
