As a Sub Agent, you will manage small civil engineering and construction sites or assist the Site Agent and Project Manager on larger schemes, ensuring project delivery aligns with customer objectives while maintaining health and safety, quality, environmental standards, and cost control.
Essential: Extensive civil engineering experience, NEC contract knowledge, CDM regulations, design management, programme and risk management, cost control, relevant qualifications, CSCS, SMSTS, NEBOSH/IOSH, driving license, strong communication and leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and alignment with company values.
Desirable: Working towards CEng or equivalent, water sector experience, temporary works coordination, leadership experience, and additional safety training.
