Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is recruiting a Sub Agent to join a major £600 million infrastructure programme at Sellafield. The role focuses on day-to-day site delivery, coordination of subcontractors, and ensuring works comply with RAMS, drawings, and client procedures in a highly regulated environment.

You will support the Project Manager and Site Management Team to achieve milestones, maintain safety and quality standards, and manage interfaces between construction disciplines across a high-profile

Qualifications

• Degree, HNC, or HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as Sub Agent, Site Agent, Section Engineer or similar construction delivery role.
• Experience on large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery, site operations, and project controls.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and working within regulated environments.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Valid SMSTS certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to achieve planned milestones.
• Monitor progress against the construction programme and report issues, risks, and delays.
• Support the Project Manager and Site Management Team with project delivery.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, RAMS, and project procedures.
• Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with Sellafield procedures for working in a regulated environment.
• Prepare, review, and maintain site documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
• Coordinate interfaces between construction disciplines, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
• Monitor productivity, quality, resources, and progress on site.
• Assist with resolving technical, operational, and construction-related issues.
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support the achievement of programme, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
