Job summary

Bouygues Travaux Publics is hiring a Sub Agent - Marine and Tunnel Preconstruction in London, with mobilisation to Suffolk as the Sizewell C project progresses. You will report to the Marine Preconstruction Manager and help develop construction methods, assess risks, and ensure readiness for offshore dredging, heavy lifting, drilling and grouting campaigns.

Essential experience includes marine/preconstruction background, contractor exposure, and strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in marine/preconstruction environments on civil or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with contractor or principal contractor organisations on engineering/construction projects.
• Awareness of programme, cost and risk during project planning and delivery.
• Strong organisational and collaborative working skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ECI activities for a defined section of works in line with project requirements.
• Develop methodologies and conduct constructability reviews for marine construction activities.
• Review proposed solutions for safety, programme, cost and risk impacts.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities for the section of works.
• Develop scopes of work and technical requirements for subcontract packages and support procurement.
• Support mobilisation and readiness planning as project transitions to offshore construction.
• Maintain records and technical documentation for assigned workstreams.
• Promote safety culture and support continuous improvement across the project team.
