Job summary

Galliford Try is seeking a Sub Agent for its brand-new £250m M5 J10 Improvements Scheme in Cheltenham. You will support the Site Agent and Project Manager to deliver works on time, safely and within budget.

You will manage day-to-day site activities, maintain programme progress, supervise the site team and ensure RAMS and permits are properly implemented. This role demands strong collaboration with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in general site management and delivering on programme.
• Strong focus on health, safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to manage records, RAMS and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• General Site Management including producing and managing the programme.
• Ensure day to day Health, Safety, Environment and Quality compliance.
• Keep site diaries and records up to date; produce weekly/monthly reports.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Supervise a section of works and monitor site team and supply chain.
• Report progress to the Project Manager; ensure RAMS and Permit to Work are followed.
