Job summary

Pure Tech Recruitment seeks a Sub Agent for civil engineering projects across the UK, focusing on water and wastewater schemes with Tier1 contractors. Responsibilities include site production management, documentation, and cost control on projects valued £500k–£3m within Anglian/Thames Water regions.

The role requires a civil engineering degree or HND, CSCs, and H&S qualifications, with a strong safety and contractual understanding. On-site work with full package offered.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in water and/or sewage industries preferred.
• Previous civil engineering role in design & build projects.
• Strong civil engineering background with health, safety, quality and environmental awareness.
• Relevant H&S qualifications (IOSH or CITB 5 Day), CSCS, First Aid and EUSR.

Responsibilities

• Management of day-to-day site production for on-time completion.
• Prepare documentation prior to installation phases.
• Carry out risk assessments and method statements for activities.
• Mentor and manage engineering resources to meet drawings and specs.
• Assist Project Manager with cost control, forecasting, and schedules.
• Ensure safety, contract timescales and specs are met on site.
