Job summary

VolkerStevin, part of VolkerWessels UK, is recruiting Sub Agents to support water and wastewater infrastructure projects on AMP8 frameworks. You will lead site activities, coordinate civil and MEICA works, and ensure delivery on time, to quality, and with high safety standards.

The ideal candidate has experience as Sub Agent/Site Agent or Senior Engineer, with civil engineering background and strong planning and stakeholder management skills. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering projects, utilities, water, or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site operations throughout the construction phase.
• Drive safety culture and ensure SHEQ compliance.
• Manage RAMS, ITPs, and Site Management Plans.
