Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join our team on a long-term water framework project based in Bristol. This is a key role in supporting the successful delivery of clean and wastewater infrastructure works as part of a wider regional programme.
Role Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations and supervising engineering and site teams
  • Managing short-term programming, progress reporting, and ensuring works are completed to quality standards
  • Coordinating with the client, supply chain, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Supporting health & safety and environmental compliance on site
  • Reviewing and updating method statements, risk assessments, and quality documentation
  • Assisting with procurement, material take-offs, and planning input as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Sub Agent or Site Engineer role within the water or civil engineering sector
  • Strong knowledge of clean/wastewater infrastructure and AMP frameworks (preferred)
  • SMSTS and CSCS card
  • First Aid at Work
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience working with NEC contracts (preferred)
