Job summary

A leading infrastructure organization is seeking an experienced Sub Agent for a redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, CSCS Level qualifications, and SMSTS certification. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety, and maintaining good working relationships. Qualifications

• Degree, HND in Engineering or equivalent.
• CSCS Level - Academically or Professionally Qualified Person/Supervisory/Manager.
• SMSTS.
• Successful experience and performance at Section Engineer level.

Responsibilities

• Management of subcontractors.
• Liaising with Babcock Design and project management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Supervise and mentor engineers.
• Maintain relationships with RE staff and supply chain.
• Promote cost-conscious attitudes.
• Communicate effectively with commercial staff.
• Support agent in procurement responsibilities.
