SUB AGENT
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £48,000-£52,000

THE ROLE - SUB AGENT
As a Sub Agent, you will be responsible for managing the safety, quality, cost, and programme performance of a small project. This is a key role with responsibility for day-to-day site leadership and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage site activities and oversee daily operations
·Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
·Assist in project planning and programming (ASTA Powerproject)
·Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives
·Support project reporting and cost control processes
ABOUT YOU

Required Qualifications & Experience:
·Degree or NVQ Level 4 in Construction Management or equivalent
·SMSTS
·CSCS Black Card
·First Aid certification
·Working knowledge of ASTA Powerproject
·Strong contractual and commercial awareness
·Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
·Prior experience in the civil engineering sector (preferred)
