We are seeking a Sub Agent to join our Natural Resources team, based near our sites across the Thames Valley region, initially focusing on a site in Culham, Oxfordshire. Due to the nature of the work, we require a candidate with strong skills and experience within Tier 1 Water and Civils frameworks.

As a Sub Agent, you will join Kier, a strategic partner to Thames Water Capital Frameworks. Your work will be on their sewage treatment Waste Asset Assurance Programme (WAAP), delivering programs within non-infrastructure schemes such as upgrades to wastewater treatment works. You will work on both new and existing infrastructure assets (below ground) and non-infrastructure assets (above ground). Your role is vital in supporting the Site Agent/Project Manager in managing and delivering specific sections or packages of work on construction projects. This includes liaising with subcontractors, supervising workforce, ensuring safety compliance, and contributing to project success.
