Are you Sub Agent looking for the opportunity to work with one of the UK’s leading civil engineering contractors? James Gray Recruitment is actively looking for a Sub Agent on behalf of one of our key civil engineering clients based in Glasgow.

Our client:

• A UK leading civil engineering contractor know for their delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

•Monitor and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

•Collaborate with the site team to resolve technical challenges and maintain smooth project progression.

•Prepare and review project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports.

•Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

What you will need to be successful:

•Proven experience in a similar role within the civil engineering or construction sector.

•Excellent leadership and team management skills.

•A proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making capabilities.

•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

•A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is desirable.
