Kenton Black Limited is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering water-related projects, including water infrastructure, treatment works, pipelines and associated works.

The successful candidate will manage smaller-value projects or support the Site Agent and Project Manager on larger water and wastewater schemes, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to the required quality, with NEC contracts and CDM compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience within civil engineering, ideally within the water or wastewater sector.
• HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid CSCS and SMSTS qualifications.
• NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
• Good working knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM regulations and construction programmes.
• Experience in cost control, forecasting and commercial management.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Sub Agent - Civil Engineering / Water Projects

Salary: £60,000 per annum plus package

We are seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering a range of infrastructure and water-related projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing smaller-value projects or supporting the Site Agent and Project Manager on larger water and wastewater schemes. Projects may include water infrastructure, treatment works, pipelines and associated civil engineering works.

You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

• Working towards CEng, IEng or AMICE.
• Confined space and service avoidance training.
• Appointed Person CPCS qualification.
