Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage site operations for tunnelling and RC structures, ensuring compliance with project specifications, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and the wider project team to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor progress against the project schedule and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

Oversee quality control for all RC works, ensuring high standards of workmanship and adherence to design specifications.

Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Engage with subcontractors and suppliers, managing their performance and ensuring their work aligns with project goals.

Contribute to project planning, risk assessments, and method statements.

About You:

Proven experience as a Sub Agent or similar role on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Essential: Significant, hands-on experience with reinforced concrete structures, including formwork, rebar installation, and concrete pouring.

A relevant degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

A commitment to health and safety best practices.
