Assistant / Preconstruction Manager Wanted – Northamptonshire + some remote work.

(Opportunity to transfer experience *Training Provided* – open to consider Site Engineers / Civil Engineers / Sub Agents / Site Agents / Site Managers / Project Managers / Design Coordinators / Assistant Design Managers, Design Engineers, or similar roles with a view of moving into a full-time preconstruction manager position)

*Industrial, Distribution, and Logistics Warehouse Projects*

COMPANY:

My client is a leading building contractor with a busy, fast-growing workload. Due to organic growth, they are looking to strengthen their team with an assistant preconstruction manager.

(Previous experience on industrial sector projects is preferred but not essential).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of the building sector.
  • Previous employment as a Design Coordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, Preconstruction Manager, Assistant Design Manager, Architect, Architectural Technician, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Design Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Site Engineer, or similar.
  • Experience on building sector projects preferred; candidates with general build construction experience or experience working with subcontractors or design consultancies will also be considered.
  • High communication skills.
  • Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC, etc.).

LOCATION:

Role will be predominantly office-based with 1-2 days remote work.
