Job description

Sub Agent: Murton

We are currently recruiting for a Sub Agent for a large earthworks framework based in Durham.

We can pay CIS/ Umbrella

Duties:

• Assess the plant and resource requirements to meet the demands of site and office based works.
• Produce / Approve method statements and risk assessments and ensure they are being followed throughout the works.
• Carry out checks of the scheme during construction on site.
• Prepare and deliver daily site briefings.
• Ensure Site Engineers complete setting out in accordance with design.
• Ensure Design Drawings are marked up to reflect works completed as the works are finished.

Requirements:

• CSCS card
• SMSTS
• Temporary Works Supervisor/ coordinator qualification
• First aid
• Heavy earthworks background is essential.
• 2 professional references
