Job summary

Gortmore Ltd is seeking a Sub-Agent with Clean water and Foul Water experience to oversee 2-3 jobs in the London area. You will supervise subcontractors, liaise with site teams and clients, and ensure works meet safety, quality, and budget standards.

Applicants must hold SMSTS/SSSTS/CSCS, Thames Water Passport, and a valid Driving Licence. A proactive problem-solver with strong communication will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multiple subcontractors.
• Ensures works delivered with focus on cost, quality, environment and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily site diary, progress reports, look ahead programmes, costs updates, etc.
• Manage Sub-Contractors and ensure they are contracted correctly commercially.
• Manage/Liaise with site Teams.
• Ensure procurement of plant and site materials is carried out to company specifications.
• Ensure site Team can deliver projects without delay.
• Ensure workforce understand and adhere to project Risk assessments and Method statements.
• Liaise with Client and ensure any concerns are dealt with and closed out accordingly.
• Have excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues.
• Oversee and ensure works are carried out to appropriate levels of cost, quality, Environment, and safety.
• Ensure Temporary and permanent works designs are in place and signed off in time for each project.
• Vehicle, Fuel Card will be provided also.
• Have in date SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS, Thames Water Passport and Driving Licence
