Sub Agent - Infrastructure Project (Norfolk)

Location: Norfolk

Start Date: ASAP

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - Weekend work potentially available

This role is paying outside IR35.

We are currently recruiting for a Sub Agent to join a major infrastructure project spanning 55km in the Norfolk region. This is a long-term opportunity on a high-profile scheme with a strong pipeline of future works.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing day-to-day site activities and managing subcontractors
2. Ensuring drainage works are delivered to specification, within budget, and on schedule
3. Supporting the Site Agent and wider team in maintaining quality and safety standards
4. Coordinating with design and planning teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in drainage delivery on large civil infrastructure schemes and within a Sub-Agent role
2. SMSTS, CSCS, and a valid Safety Critical Medical are essential
3. Strong understanding of site documentation, RAMS, and QA processes
4. Ability to start at short notice is preferred
