Fawkes and Reece are recruiting for a Senior Site Engineer to join a tier one contractor that is delivering a large highways project in Gloucester.

Sub Agent Duties Include:

1. Advising the engineering team with solutions to technical challenges
2. Assisting in the production and integration of 3-week programmes
3. Managing designs from the in-house and external designers
4. Supporting the project team with construction methodology and sequencing
5. Collaborating with the project team on resource, plant, and material requirements
6. Training and mentoring the junior members of the engineering team
7. Demonstrating value engineering throughout the construction process
8. Managing RFI's and Technical Queries
