Job description

Are you a Sub Agent with strong heavy civils experience? Are you interested in working on a new project? If so, I may have an opportunity for you!

I am currently seeking a Sub Agent to join my client's team on an exciting heavy civil engineering project.

As the Sub Agent, your main duties will include assisting the Site Agent and Project Manager, managing subcontractors, and overseeing specific sections of the project.

Role and responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the project, including involvement in extensive piling trials, grouting, and stabilization trials.
  2. Review and approve RAMS from the site and subcontractors.
  3. Coordinate weekly with the project planner and highlight delays to the commercial team.
  4. Communicate with the client, providing updates on all project areas.
  5. Manage all concrete technical, production, and quality issues during both the preparation and construction phases.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working on heavy civils projects.
  • CSCS card.
  • SMSTS certification.
