Overview

Gortmore are working with a Leading contractor on an Infrastructure project in London area who are looking for a Sub-Agent with Clean water experience.

Responsibilities

• Must maintain daily site diary, progress reports, look ahead programmes, costs updates, etc.
• Manage Sub-Contactors and ensure there contracted correctly commercially.
• Manage/Liaise with site Teams.
• Ensure procurement of plant and site materials is carried out to company specifications.
• Ensure site Team can deliver projects without delay.
• Ensure workforce understand and adhere to project Risk assessments and Method statements.
• Liaise with Client and ensure any concerns are dealt with and closed out accordingly.
• Have excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues.
• Oversee and Ensure works are carried out to appropriate levels of cost, quality, Environment, and safety.
• Ensure Temporary and permanent works designs are in place and signed off in time for each project
