Stylist/Head Stylist (Dog Groomer) – Daventry – 39 Hours

Who are we?
We’re Pets at Home – a well-known pet care provider with Pet Care Centres, Grooming salons, and Vets for Pets practices across the UK.

What’s the role?
Our Head Stylists are vital to our grooming salons' success. You will be responsible for all aspects of pet grooming, delivering high-standard, thorough grooms. As Head Stylist, you'll lead by example, setting grooming standards, handling advanced grooming requests, upskilling team members, and motivating your team—all while ensuring a great customer experience and driving commercial success.

We provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service aligned with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. Compensation includes a competitive base pay, opportunities to earn through our Earn As You Learn programmes, and additional pay supplements through extra training.

Who are we looking for?

1. Passionate about delivering excellent service.
2. Flexible, with the ability to work a flexible shift pattern across 7 days a week, often beyond the minimum 39 hours to cover busy periods, absences, and holidays.
3. Confident with a good understanding of dog grooming styles and trends, capable of completing high-standard grooms from start to finish on various breeds.
4. Experience in a customer-facing salon environment.
5. Preferably experienced in target-driven environments, but willing to learn if not.
