Job description

Stylist (Dog Groomer) – Rustington – 39 Hours

Who are we?

We’re Pets at Home – if you love pets, you might already know about our Pet Care Centres, which include Pets Grooming salons and Vets for Pets practices across the UK.

What’s the role?

Our Stylists are crucial to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You will be responsible for all aspects of pet grooming, confidently delivering high-standard, thorough grooms. You will exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service within the salon. Your communication skills will be key as you interact with customers and their pets daily.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver service that aligns with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. You'll enjoy a competitive base salary, with opportunities to earn through our Earn As You Learn programs, and additional pay supplements through extra training.

Who are we looking for?

• People passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible individuals able to work across a 6-day week, with Sundays off, and willing to work extra hours during busy periods or absences.
• Confident with a good understanding of dog grooming, styles/trends, capable of completing high-standard grooms on various breeds.
• Experience in a customer-facing salon environment preferred.
• Experience in target-driven environments is a plus, but not essential.
