Job description

As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers.

The majority of the day will be spent on the shop floor, styling and influencing our customers across our busy shop floors. There will also be opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, store operations, and personal shopping.

You will work closely with your management team, supporting the store in reaching targets, selling our collections, and ensuring the store looks fabulous at all times.

You will receive excellent training and product knowledge, and it will be up to you to learn and develop within a brand that offers career progression opportunities.

What will I be doing?
  1. Your time will mainly be on the shop floor, styling customers in our latest collections and providing an exceptional brand experience.
  2. You will maintain the store's aesthetic, ensure product availability, and uphold floor standards.
  3. Stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders will be part of your daily tasks, utilizing digital tools to support a positive customer journey.
  4. You will make service decisions to resolve customer issues while retaining loyalty and trust.
  5. You will prioritize the customer at all times and work as part of the AllSaints team.
  6. Greeting customers and tailoring your approach to their visit's purpose.
  7. Maintaining housekeeping and staff areas to high standards, showing pride in your environment.
  8. Supporting and observing peers, seeking feedback for growth.

Additional qualities include being friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the brand, enthusiastic, a good problem solver, tech-savvy, aware of brand campaigns, detail-oriented, and a confident communicator. A love for fashion and being an ambassador for AllSaints are essential.

Our store in Fenwicks, York, has been open since 2011, trading from 09:00 to 17:30 (seasonally adjusted). The store is one of the largest department stores in the UK, located about 15 minutes from York station and 20 minutes from Leeds by train.
