Fashion Stylist | Greater Manchester | Salary DOE £ + Benefits

As a growing fashion brand known for trend‑led design and impactful visuals, we’re looking for a Stylist to bring creative vision to life across campaigns, e‑commerce, and social content.
This hands‑on, fast‑paced role demands creativity, precision, and deep understanding of fashion and storytelling.

Responsibilities
  • Style across all platforms: Lead styling for campaigns, e‑commerce, social, and influencer content, covering models, flat lays, mannequins, footwear, and accessories.
  • Own the shoot styling process: From pre‑shoot preparation and set‑up to on‑set execution and post‑shoot wrap‑up, ensuring all looks align with brand identity.
  • Collaborate creatively: Work closely with the Creative Lead, Marketing, Social, Photography, and Design teams to support key launches, brand narratives, and seasonal moments.
  • Elevate the product: Present every piece to its highest potential through strong accessorising, model selection, and attention to detail.
  • Direct the on‑set aesthetic: Manage styling, hair, and makeup briefs to ensure cohesion across all visual outputs.
  • Manage samples and props: Coordinate product pulls with Buying and Product teams; oversee prop sourcing, accessories loans, and sample returns to maintain an organised inventory.
  • Lead outfit planning: Build cohesive looks and rack‑ups based on incoming stock, campaign priorities, and marketing calendars.
  • Ensure readiness: Prepare all styling packs, kits, and shoot tools; maintain a fully stocked and organised styling kit.
  • Research & report: Stay on top of trends and competitors, analysing what’s relevant for our audience and feeding insights back to the team.
  • Support social storytelling: Recommend key outfits for influencer and social shoots to ensure a consistent brand message across all touch points.
  • Be the detail guardian: On set, adjust, refine, and perfect every look, ensuring a flawless finish that feels aspirational yet authentic.
