RIXO is seeking a Sales Assistant at our Carnaby Street store to be a key brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting daily store success. You will provide personalised styling advice and build lasting relationships while contributing to achieving sales targets.

You will nurture visual standards, manage stock and create a welcoming environment for customers, with a passion for fashion and the RIXO brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, ideally fashion or premium/luxury retail.
• Strong customer service orientation and styling knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalised customer experience reflecting the RIXO brand.
• Provide expert styling advice and product knowledge across ranges.
• Build client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Drive sales through service, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Process transactions, refunds and exchanges accurately.
• Support in-store events, launches and promotions.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and clean stockrooms.
• Assist with stock deliveries and replenishment; stay updated on collections.
