A leading educational institution is looking for a passionate Study Skills Tutor ASC to support autistic students. This part-time role involves developing personalized learning plans, guiding students in study techniques, and utilizing online teaching technologies. Study Skills Tutor ASC
As part of the eligibility criteria for this role, we require candidates to have completed the relevant National Autistic Society (NAS) training modules.
If you have not yet completed these modules, don't worry - we are happy to support you in obtaining them. You will be provided with direct access to the required training materials. The training costs approximately £180 (One time Payment), and successful completion is necessary prior to commencing the role.
Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from the National Autistic Society, which can serve as a valuable addition to your professional profile. This certification is widely recognised and can strengthen your CV when applying for roles that support individuals with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse conditions.

Student Support
Develop and implement individualized learning plans, guide students in effective study techniques, assess progress, collaborate with college staff, utilize online teaching technologies, maintain accurate records, and participate in professional development.
Part-time
Postgraduate qualification and relevant teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting autistic students.
