An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Study Director to join ResChem Analytical Limited, based in Derby, England. We are a responsive, client-focused analytical laboratory that specializes in pesticide residue analysis, conducting regulatory studies to GLP on behalf of agrochemical companies for the registration of plant protection products.
ResChem Analytical Limited is a division of Smithers ERS Limited, which provides a wide range of environmental safety testing services for the pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial and specialty chemical, and personal care industries. Our teams include experienced scientists and technicians offering a broad range of skills and areas of expertise.
Reporting to the Associate Director of ResChem, we are looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic, and ambitious team members who have a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for problem-solving. The individual will be working as part of an established team, and the role will encompass all aspects of pesticide residue chemistry including sample preparation, extraction, purification, and quantitation by LC-MS/MS or GC-MS. As Study Director, the individual will be responsible for preparing study plans and reports and will liaise with our field team partners to support our clients’ needs.
All work will be conducted in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, specifically those regulations (GLP) specified in the study plans, protocols, or work agreements governing the work in which they are involved.
