Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Study Coordinator to join our team in Alconbury, Cambridgeshire. You will coordinate routine and non‑routine studies in compliance with GLP and regulatory guidelines, and provide administrative support for toxicology studies.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, you will monitor study progress, interact with clients, draft protocols and amendments, and help manage costing and scheduling requests while ensuring compliance and quality across the study portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GCSE equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of GLPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and responsiveness.
• Basic scientific knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine and non‑routine studies per GLP and guidelines.
• Provide administrative support for toxicology studies.
• Monitor study progress and interact with clients.
• Support Study Directors with day‑to‑day tasks.
• Draft protocols and amendments for Study Director review.
• Manage costing and scheduling requests.
• Schedule and participate in study-related meetings and minutes.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the study award process.
• Plan workload and prioritize responsibilities.
