Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust seeks a 12-month post within the Research & Development Department to lead study set-up across Mental Health and Memory & Cognition Research Delivery Teams. The role focuses on feasibility, prioritisation and capacity assessments, with senior advice to investigators and partners.

Formación

• Graduate qualification or significant relevant experience.
• Project management qualification or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of NIHR study set-up and recruitment targets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate study set-up across Research Delivery Teams, including feasibility, prioritisation and capacity and capability assessments.
• Act as senior point of contact, giving expert advice to investigators, study teams and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in set-up pathways and help meet NIHR 150-day targets.
• Work with clinical services, researchers, sponsors, universities and external partners to develop and expand the research portfolio.
• Identify and resolve barriers to study activation with Principal Investigators and governance teams.
• Monitor and report study performance using StudyLine, Siteline and other management systems.
• Support sustainable research delivery models and contribute to strategic development initiatives.
• Assist with training, supervision and operational support across Research Delivery Teams.
