Supporting the work of the Jeweller since 2006

Studio & Workshop Assistant

Location: Shoreditch, London

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate team player to join us at our Shoreditch showroom.

The position will most likely suit:

  • An entry level junior assistant with some proven professional experience in the jewellery or similar product design industry
  • Someone looking for stable long term employment with a company that will grow together with them
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the studio and workshop, including office, workshop, and client-facing tasks
  • Support our bespoke and fine jewellery specialists with office tasks, style shoots, content creation, and website maintenance
  • Assist our jeweller with repairs, resizing, and gemstone sorting
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and manage logistics such as Hatton Garden runs
  • Maintain smooth communication between studio and workshop to meet deadlines
  • Provide shift cover, maximum of 1 Saturday per month (in lieu of a weekday)
Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 1 year professional experience in the jewellery industry
  • Practical skills in jewellery repair, resizing, polishing
  • Knowledge of handling precious metals and stones
  • Experience with jewellery suppliers
  • Social media experience (Instagram, TikTok)
  • Experience with sales platforms like Shopify or Squarespace
  • Proficiency with photography equipment and editing software (Photoshop)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible, quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Organisational skills
  • Dog-friendly environment (must love dogs!)

Job Details

Type: Permanent / Full Time

Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 11am-6pm

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
