The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, this role supports the studio styling team with admin, wardrobe maintenance, and on-set shoot assistance.

This position involves recording outfits assembled by the studio for website translation, managing styling and wardrobe orders, and maintaining wardrobe upkeep. Occasional on-set support for stylists during shoots is also required.

Ideal candidates are flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent admin skills and comfort working in busy studio environments. This role is perfect for someone starting their styling career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upselling styling items from outfits shot in the ecom studio across categories
  • Logging outfits daily using Flo asset management system
  • Meeting daily deadlines for product allocation
  • Prioritising SNO products to support website speed
  • Communicating rollover numbers to avoid delays
  • Uploading buy the look records to SAP daily
  • Managing and updating outfits for reshoots
  • Checking and updating stock levels on-site daily
  • Collaborating on website improvements and launches
  • Amending outfits for influencer edits
  • Reallocating samples and managing wardrobe orders weekly
  • Assisting on set shoots and managing wardrobe stock
  • Maintaining wardrobe samples and communicating with BMD teams
  • Supporting styling team with trend awareness and product recognition
  • Steaming products and supporting studio activities
  • Providing ad hoc support for styling and studio tasks
Who you are:
  • Confident and approachable communicator
  • Flexible and task-oriented
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experienced in data entry and fast-paced environments
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Strong numerical skills
