Saturday Mash Up! is back for 2025. Part of the BBC Studios Kids & Family business, Saturday Mash Up! is exploding with gunge, games and giddiness, and designed to appeal to a CBBC audience aged 6-12 years old.

Saturday Mash Up is no exception and delivers a wide variety of content, guests, games and energy within a live weekly show.
Saturday Mash Up is filmed LIVE, weekly. The studio team set up and organise guests, items, games, props and briefing notes, making sure all is in place for Friday rehearsal, and of course, when we go LIVE Saturday morning.
On studio days we have a 5:30am call time. The Studio team own the content for the day and support on the floor, brief guests and make sure everything runs to plan.
These roles are fast paced and would suit people with previous studio experience. There is a lot of thinking creatively, reacting to last minute change and delivering against tight deadlines. But also a lot of fun!!
Working alongside the Studio AP and Producer, the Researcher will support to organise items and content for the show; speaking to contributors, coming up with ideas, researching items, fact checking and generally supporting to get everything organised.
We're looking for experienced Researchers who are confident speaking on the phone, working with contributors, researching items, fact checking and ideally working in a studio environment.
Previous studio experience is ideal for this role, as is the ability to adapt to ever-changing situations and come up with ideas on the spot.
Studio Researchers are in studio every week. The first 4 weeks of prep are Monday - Friday. Once we go in to the studio you will work and work Tuesday - Saturday every week.
