Job summary

Ragged Edge is seeking a diligent Programme Manager to own timelines, resourcing plans and budgets for ambitious projects. You’ll work with Client Partnerships and cross-functional teams to deliver at scale, ensuring handoffs are seamless and scopes are clear.

You’ll translate ambitions into actionable milestones, manage budgets with precision and drive improvements in process. You’ll use AI to reduce admin and free up strategic decision-making, raising the studio’s programme management

Qualifications

• Must be able to turn ambition into clear scopes, milestones and resourcing plans.
• Experience delivering projects at scale with budgets and margins.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity from it.
• Strong stakeholder management across creative, strategy, and client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own timelines, resourcing plans and budgets for ambitious work.
• Coordinate handoffs between creative, strategy, client partnerships and operations.
• Translate client ambitions into workable scopes, milestones and resource needs.
• Manage budgets and margins with rigour, flag issues early and course-correct as needed.
• Leverage AI and smarter processes to cut admin and free up judgment calls.
• Contribute to raising programme management standards across the studio.
