Overview
The Studio Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day shoot operations of the studio, ensuring efficient workflows, budget management, and high-quality production output, working closely with the Head of Studio Production & Operations. This role involves coordinating shoots, managing studio resources, optimizing schedules, and collaborating with creative and production teams to deliver content on time and within budget. The Studio Production Manager will be a key link between multiple departments, managing the end to end shoot process.
The Studio Production Manager also plays a key role in maintaining and improving studio processes, and maximizing in-house production capabilities. Strong organizational, budgeting, and leadership skills are essential to ensure a smooth and productive way of working.
The Studio Production Manager will manage and support the Midweight and Junior Shoot Producer, along with the Studio Assistant, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their roles, structured workflows, and the necessary resources to contribute to the studio's success.
Location: 4 - 5 days per week based at our North Acton Office.
