A Studio Production Assistant will be focused on databasing products as they come in and out of the studio. You will play a key role in supporting sample movement between studios and coordinating the daily workflow between sites.
Responsibilities
- Register samples into the studio database, checking existing imagery and systems to assign relevant shoot briefs.
- Process products around the studio for still life, creative, and model shoots.
- Return samples to multiple Head Office departments and Warehouses.
- Work closely with the Studio in-house Planning Team to pick samples ready for shoots.
- Identify stock to shoot on models and support with delivering products to set.
- Pre-prep samples, including steaming and ironing.
- Track and return samples ordered through the Studio account via the Head Office Staff Shop and update relevant trackers.
- Assist with sample movement between studios and loading vehicles when required.
- Organise and book third-party deliveries where needed.
- Packing samples securely for transit when required.
- Produce accurate delivery notes for deliveries when necessary.
- Ensure safety of colleagues and yourself in the workplace by reporting or dealing with hazards, incidents, and accidents.
- Adhere to health & safety guidelines.
- You may be required to work at other studio locations upon request.
- Assist with ad hoc duties as set out by the Studio Managers.

- Mac/PC literate with some experience in data input.
- Some knowledge of the Next brand.
- Experience in a similar role or environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and as part of the wider studio team.
- Ability to plan and prioritise your workload and stay focused in a busy environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with a flexible attitude and responsiveness to change.
- Friendly, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with peers and senior management.
- Ability to work within health & safety guidelines.

- Ability to interpret data.
- Experience with Google Suite (Docs & Sheets).
