Studio Operations & Members Experience Manager

Salary: £36,000 plus Annual Base Bonus Potential: Up to 20% of base salary (£7,200) based on total quarterly sales value

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and personable Studio Operations & Members Experience Manager to oversee day-to-day operations while delivering a five-star member and guest experience. This hybrid role blends hospitality, people leadership, and operational excellence, making you the face and the engine of the studio.
You will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, coordinating seamless studio operations, nurturing member relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Member Experience & Community
- Act as the primary point of contact for members and guests, ensuring an exceptional, personalised experience at every touchpoint.
- Build relationships with members to understand their preferences, needs, and feedback to tailor service and encourage retention.
- Manage the onboarding process for new members, ensuring a smooth, warm welcome to the Pre- experience.
- Host and coordinate member events that enhance community and engagement.
Studio & Front-of-House Operations
- Ensure daily smooth running of all aspects of the studio, from appointment scheduling to opening/closing duties.
- Maintain a calm, premium, and welcoming environment in reception, lounge, and treatment areas.
- Communicate member preferences clearly to the service team to ensure continuity and care.
- Oversee studio presentation, cleanliness, and upkeep in line with brand standards.
- Monitor and maintain treatment schedules to maximise operational flow and efficiency.
Team Leadership & Management
- Support, coordinate, and lead the studio team with clarity and care.
- Manage staff rotas, holidays, and absences to ensure optimal coverage.
- Lead daily team check-ins to align priorities and share updates on member needs.
- Uphold Pre-’s standards of service, mentoring the team and leading by example.
Sales, Growth & Reporting
- Assist in achieving membership and sales targets through excellent service and member engagement.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies for retention, referrals, and feedback analysis.
- Track performance metrics and share insights to continually enhance service and studio operations.
About You
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a management/supervisory role within a beauty, hospitality, wellness, or luxury retail environment.
- Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, support, and guide a high-performing team.
- Customer-Centric: Genuinely passionate about people, detail-oriented, and able to handle diverse member needs with empathy and confidence.
- Operations Savvy: Strong multitasker, capable of running a busy studio and solving problems on the go.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using booking and scheduling systems (Pabau experience is a plus), and Microsoft Office tools.
- Communication: Warm, articulate, and professional both verbally and in writing.
