wearegrip, a London-based creative studio, is seeking a highly organised Head of Operations to keep the studio running smoothly and enable the team to deliver exceptional creative work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in studio or operations management.
• Based in London with ability to commute to Hoxton.
• Experience with operations tools such as Asana.
• Self-starter with leadership experience at a fast-growing company.
• Commercial awareness with budgets and supplier negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operational workflows and improve efficiency and quality.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning with leadership.
• Own studio tooling, licenses, and rollout of new systems.
• Establish operational cadences, meetings, and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management; foster culture and collaboration.
