Studios Leavesden is looking for a highly motivated Studio Operations Coordinator to support our Studio Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, and the wider Client Services & Operations team in delivering world-class service to our internal and external clients.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating daily activities, responding to client requests, and ensuring our studio spaces are maintained to the highest standards. You’ll gain valuable insight into studio management and the inner workings of the film and TV industry, offering a unique opportunity to build hands-on experience in studio operations and gain valuable industry insight.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Support the Assistant Operations Manager in the daily operation of the Studios.
• Be the Studio Operations first point of contact for our Offices for Production clients and develop strong working relationships with key contacts.
• Lead and motivate the Operations Assistants and the Lead Assistant, managing work schedules and tasks.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the Client Services team.
• With the Lead Assistant, manage the storage of furniture and other assets and keep effective inventories.
• Assist in writing and updating risk assessments, health & safety, SOPs and emergency procedures for the Office Services team.
• Monitor performance to ensure the Operations Office Services team consistently deliver an excellent level of customer services to all clients.
• Work closely with Security regarding production issues such as key allocation and return, access control and on-site parking.
• Support in recruitment and developing training programs, and then delivering that training for all new staff.

Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is a world-class film and TV studio offering one of the largest facilities in the UK. The purpose-built studio site is home to 20 sound stages, production offices, workshops, an indoor water tank, and an extensive, clear-horizon backlot. WBSL includes the on-site production rentals business, Warner Bros. Set Lighting & Rigging, which provides the industry with state-of-the-art lighting equipment, scaffolding, and production supplies for stage and location shoots worldwide. In addition, Warner Bros. De Lane Lea, based in London, provides picture and sound post-production services for film and TV, and has a dedicated Dailies department on the lot at WBSL. Warner Bros. Leavesden Park, adjacent to the Studio, offers modern and flexible office space for productions and is home to The WonderWorks, a bespoke childcare facility available to those working on site. Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
