A very well-established contemporary fine jewellery luxury brand is looking for an experienced Studio/Office Manager. Reporting to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the studio and office.
This role requires proactivity and a keen attention to detail. It involves managing studio operations, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive and organised work environment.
In addition to managing office administration, this role encompasses recruitment, HR admin and compliance, IT, facilities management, as well as admin support to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office & Facilities Management: Oversee daily operations, manage suppliers and budgets, maintain equipment, and ensure workspace efficiency and compliance.
  • Admin Support: Provide administrative assistance to the CEO and other departments (e.g. events, contracts, documentation).
  • HR Support: Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, and internal events.
  • IT Coordination: Liaise with IT providers, manage equipment and systems, and support internal troubleshooting.
The Candidate:
  • 2+ years' experience in managing a studio/office environment.
  • Highly organised, people-oriented, and solutions-driven.
  • Strong tech proficiency and excellent communication skills.
