Job summary

A growing national tanning brand is seeking a confident and competent Manager for their Reading Studio. This role requires at least one year of management experience and two years in sales or customer-facing positions. The Manager will be responsible for managing studio operations and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness while exhibiting strong time management skills. In return, the role offers £13.25 per hour plus uncapped sales commission, training opportunities, and additional perks such as gym discounts and free tanning facilities.

Job description

Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 56 studios nation-wide (and counting!), leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be a part of our future!

We are looking to recruit a confident, competent and engaged Manager for our Reading Studio. This position is on a fully flexible contract offering a minimum of 25 hours per week. Days, evenings and weekend flexibility is a must for this role.

What we are looking for:

Essential

• At least 1 year management experience
• At least 2 year sales/customer facing experience
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning
• A vibrant personality, looking to take on new challenges
• English at GCSE level or equivalent qualifications/demonstratable skills
• Experience working towards own and store KPI's - demonstratable by previous roles/education
• Able to attend mandatory training
• Examples of good time management

Desirable

• Experience working within a fast paced Sales environment
• Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry
• Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Previous Managerial experience
• Retail and Hospitality Management NVQ
