Join Our Clients Team as a Studio Manager!

Are you ready to be part of an award-winning architectural and urban design practice with a global presence? Our client is seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to oversee the operational efficiency of their vibrant studios in Southwark, London.

Contract Details:

• Type: Temporary


• Duration: 2 months (with potential for extension)


• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm (office based)


• Pay Rate: £15 - £18 per hour (based on experience)


• Location: Just a 5-minute walk from Southwark train station!

Key Responsibilities:
As our Studio Manager, you will:

• Lead front-of-house operations and manage the Studio Coordinator


• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and sustainability reporting


• Oversee facilities coordination, maintaining our studios' welcoming environment


• Collaborate with contractors for maintenance and cleaning services


• Manage international travel bookings and ensure adherence to the travel policy


• Assist with staff events, keeping our event calendar up to date


• Support special projects like office moves and seating arrangements


• Manage budgets and collaborate with finance for account reconciliation


• Assist HR with onboarding and maintain studio memberships

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in office management or related roles


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology


• Previous finance experience


• Knowledge of legal Health and Safety requirements


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A proactive, detail-oriented, and organised individual
